At Bayshore Baddie, every single piece of gear is a custom creation. Because we print, sew, and embroider each item the moment you order it, we handle returns differently than big-box stores.
1. Damaged or Mislabeled Items
If your gear arrives damaged, with a stitching defect, or the wrong size/design entirely, we’ve got your back.

Email us at Hey@Bayshorebaddie.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your Order ID and a clear photo of the damage or the wrong label.

If we confirm a production error, we will send out a fresh replacement at zero cost. No need to mail the damaged item back!
2. Sizing, Colors & "Buyer's Remorse"
Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection: Please check our Size Guide twice before checking out!

Color Variance: Note that colors may appear slightly different on your screen compared to the physical fabric. We do not offer refunds for minor color variations.

Change of Mind: Because each piece is custom-made just for you, we cannot refund or exchange orders based on a change of heart.

Address Errors: Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout are ineligible for refunds.
3. Cancellations & Changes
Our production floor moves fast to get your gear to you.

Within 2 Hours: We can usually cancel or edit your order for a full refund.

After 2 Hours: Once production has officially started on your custom piece, the sale is final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
4. Hygiene Standards
To maintain the highest health and safety standards for the Baddie community, all apparel—including our custom dresses, hoodies, and activewear—must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging to be eligible for any claims regarding defects.
