Bayshore Baddie™ and all logos, designs (including but not limited to the "Palma Ceia Princess," "Hyde Park Hottie," and "Bayshore Daddies" collections), images, and text on this site are the exclusive property of Bayshore Baddie LLC. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our trademarked name or copyrighted designs is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT CREATION. PRINTFUL & APLIIQ FULFILLMENT

• Our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through a third-party partner, Apliiq & Printful
• Production Time: Because each item is custom printed, sewn, or embroidered, production times may vary.
• Color Accuracy: We strive to display product colors accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate. Minor color variations are not considered defects.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. In accordance with Shopify’s 2026 transparency standards, you will receive advance notice of any price adjustments for recurring services or subscriptions before being charged.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

In no case shall Bayshore Baddie LLC, our members, or our employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service. Our products are provided 'as is' for your use.
